I was a sufferer of painful Plantar Fasciitis and back pain.

I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis approximately 2 years ago and not being satisfied with the outcome of one physiotherapist or podiatrist, I went to numerous and found they went through the same procedure to help my problem from exercises, injections, stretching, wearing orthotics and bracing my foot.  I got some relief from all their advice but the plantar fasciitis kept coming back.

I liked to run but found I was unable to do so. I became frustrated because I could not exercise and do the things I liked doing to keep fit. Then one day the idea came to me:

‘Stabilize the foot so that it doesn’t bend and twist’

I got a sheet of roofing material and cut out an orthotic for my shoe. After 3 weeks I felt slight improvement.  I then added another sheet of roofing material and my foot became better still. I found the more rigid the make shift orthotic was the better my foot got. I then went to Bunnings and bought a sheet of steel and cut out another orthotic. The result was instant relief - I was able to start running again. 
I spent the next six months trialling this orthotic, finding the right material to make this orthotic and getting the right shape for comfort.

I found the orthotic made with carbon fibre was rigid and also light. Sufferers of plantar fasciitis and other foot problems trialled my orthotics with instant results. I took my orthotics to a University in Melbourne and got them tested. The results were well above what I expected -beyond anything else the orthotics not only stabilised the feet but also the knees, hips and back.

During my testing of different materials I found orthotics made from a flexible material made the pain in my back return. I went back to the rigid orthotic and the back pain disappeared. I want all sufferers of plantar fasciitis, feet, knee, back and hip pain know what I have suffered and that my Heal-ezee orthotic can ease their pains.

It is my opinion that footwear today is produced with no stability and this leads to many injuries. Shoes with flex do not control your feet and causes injuries. Heal-ezee orthotics turns your production made shoes into quality shoes in a simply and inexpensive way.
