We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time effective immediately over ridding past terms and conditions.

Conditions of Sale

All currency and sizing provided on this website is related to the Australian market.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Orders placed on backorder will not incur any additional charges dueto price increases.

Delivery of Goods

Delivery will be via Australian Post if the destination is within Australia. Outside Australia delivery will be by the method chosen by Heal Ezee.  Heal Ezee is not liable for lost or stolen goods during the delivery process.

Damaged Goods

We do not warrant damaged goods. Due to the material used in manufacturing, damage can only be caused by malicious means.

Return Policy

Goods may be returned and resupplied at cost to the purchaser.  Correctly ordering the product is the responsibility of the purchaser.  If incorrectly ordered an exchange is allowed at the purchasers cost.  Any cost’s will be required to be paid before shipping is made.

Guarantees

Heal Ezee does not guarantee any products sold by us to be the answer to all problems related to the contents within our website.  If the Heal Ezee Orthotic does not relieve symptoms, please seek medical advice from a qualified practitioner.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of goods purchased from Heal Ezee that you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with the use of our website or any other linked websites associated to Heal-Ezee.
